Bello noted that DOLE is adopting a virtual job fair system in compliance with government restrictions on mass gatherings. The e-jobs for local placement is being undertaken in collaboration with digital portal and the Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) across the country. Location United States 1, 374 reviews Need to do better job of paying people what they are worth. Many people leaving company for higher paid jobs. Also direction on work is sometimes not directly given, priorities change daily It's one of the greatest companies to work in the area. Classic large company with lots of bureaucracy, management tries to keep employees happy. Great people, good intentions, average creativity, projects prioritized over products. Boston Scientific has an inclusive environment, with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion. The company makes sure to inform employees of company impact, i. e. bringing patient stories to employees so that we can see the positive impact of the devices we work on. The workplace is somewhat competitive, but that is below the surface. Some people take credit for other peoples work. Management is somewhat isolated by group, so there is not a lot of cross-team communication. Continuing education or training is strongly encouraged and supported.
